September 14th, 2025: During Jesus' ministry on earth, He encountered large criticism from the scribes and the Pharisees, who looked to find fault in everything He and His disciples did. Seeking personal gain rather than spiritual, they sought maintain their status, even if it meant Jesus' death. Still today, we have those in the Christian community who are like the scribes and Pharisees; criticizing rather than uplift, cursing rather than blessing.
